The championship is the reason to keep going: points carry between events, so a poor result on one circuit has to be repaid on the next. Practice mode exists for exactly that — you can learn a track without spending a race weekend on it.

Handling sits between arcade and simulation. The cars slide a little on the entry and grip hard on the exit, which makes the classic overtake — brake later, run wide, get the power down first — work almost every time it is done properly.

Controls

Arrows for player one, WASD for player two; escape returns to the menu.

How to Play

  1. Choose championship, practice or two-player from the menu.
  2. Learn the braking points in practice before you race for points.
  3. Defend the inside line when someone is close behind.
  4. Collect cups across the season to finish the championship.
