Standard circuit racing, competently done: a closed track, a field of rivals and laps to complete. The rivals hold their line rather than driving into you, which makes clean overtaking possible.

The vehicle list is broader than the title suggests, and choosing something heavier changes the race entirely — you lose acceleration and gain the ability to hold a line under pressure.

Circuits are compact, so the field stays close and positions change often.

Several tracks are available and they vary between fast open layouts and tighter technical ones.

Positions are shown throughout the lap, so you always know what a pass is worth.

1. Pick a vehicle and learn the circuit in the first lap.
2. Brake before turning, accelerate after the apex.
3. Pass on the exit of slow corners.
4. Take the chequered flag to win the event.
